The outcome
  • Aluminum High Pressure Casting: car A/C compressor cylinder head and block; Integrated molding machine converter; charging pile of new energy vehicles, etc.
  • Strong Technical R&D Engineering Team: mold design and manufacturing; including but not limited to apply APQP process, and we currently use CAD, Pro/E, UG, Anycasting software to support our designs.
  • Aluminum Low Pressure Casting: car A/C compressor swash plate, planetary plate, suction cup air pipe seat; 48VDCDC converter housing; Bridge parts; guardrail; ball valve, etc.
  • Whole Production Process Management: Raw material purchase and testing--melt and slag removal--die casting--fine machining--leak testing--cleaning-packing.
